Terms and Conditions – Delivery and Refund

How much are the delivery charges?
Aksharam Magazine provides free delivery on all items if you opted for yearly subscription across all countries.
Otherwise Rs. 49/- is charged as delivery charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?
For weekly magazines, we will deliver on every Sunday in India and USA.
For monthly magazines, we will deliver on 1st of every month in India and USA.
For other areas, magazines will be sent by Registered Post through vaporous couriers which may take 1-2 days depending on the location.

Refund Policy: If you have received a damaged or defective product or it is not as described, you can get a replacement within 5 days of delivery at no extra cost.

Unsubscribe Policy:You can cancel the subscription at any time, money will refund to your account in 15 days from the date of subscription.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your books via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

Does Akshram deliver internationally?
Yes. We ship to all locations in India and USA as well as countries such as –
