5 Members of a family commit suicide

Five members of a family committed suicide on Saturday in Ranga Reddy district near Hyderabad, police said the cause of the suicide were believed to be due to financial and health problems.

A woman along with her two daughters and a son ended their lives by jumping before a train early Saturday, a few hours after her husband committed suicide.According to police, Satyanarayana (58), who was working in the irrigation department in Adilabad district, committed suicide by consuming poison late Friday night.Unable to bear his loss, his wife Meera (51), their daughters Swati (33), Neelima (28) and son Shivaramakrishna (22) also took the extreme step.
