Governor Narasimhan Offer Special Prayers At Khairatabad Ganesh

Ganesh festivities began in AP and Telangana on Monday with religious fervour and devotion, ESL Narasimhan along with his wife have offered their special prayers at Khairatabad Ganesh amid huge number of devotees, who have been attending to 58 feat Ganesha in Khairatabad .Like every year, the tallest idol has been installed in Khairatabad, the heart of the city. This year, the organisers have arranged 58-foot tall idol.
After the first pooja performed by the Governor couple, the devotees will be offering their prayers. Being a holiday, the flow of devotees could be seen. About 40,000 idols have been installed in public places in twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. About 200 CCTV cameras have been installed near the giant Ganesha. As many as 100 police personnel have been posted as part of the security arrangements.
