Ranga Reddy District SP Misusing Home Guards

The Telangana state police on Saturday dispatched a request against Ranga Reddy Superintendent of Police B. Naveen Kumar for purportedly sending a Home Guard for his own utilization. Mr Anjani Kumar, incharge DGP, requested the investigation into the episode after senior authorities came to know of it.

“The incharge DGP has asked Akun Sabharwal, DIG, Hyderabad extent, to ask and present a report instantly on abusing Home Guard administrations by the Ranga Reddy SP,” said an official discharge from the DGP’s office.According to sources, the SP had been making the Home Guard wash garments and purchase staple goods. The home gatekeeper was posted at the SP’s home for over a month after Mr Naveen Kumar assumed responsibility. The casualty has purportedly kept in touch with authorities on the issue.
