APCOB chairman’s wife & driver died in ORR accident

Former minister Pinnamaneni Venkateshwara Rao’s wife was killed this morning, after the car she was traveling along with Pinnamaneni, overturned at Pahadi Shareef, near Hyderabad.Pinnamaneni Venkateswara Rao, who is currently working as APCOB Chairman, has escaped with injuries and was shifted to Jubilee hills Apollo hospital for medical treatment, while his wife and the driver Dasu, lost their lives on the spot.

While the couple were on their way to Hyderabad from Vijayawada, the accident took place in the city outskirts in the early hours of the day. Several political leaders are visiting the Apollo hospital to console Pinnamaneni.The police officials are now investigating the case to know whether the accident was caused due to the over speed or due to the driver’s negligence.
